It started off on a June afternoon, Hemant and I were roaming around in Pune Central for purchasing goodies for the team. We were accosted by a guy who coaxed us into applying for am ICICI bank - Pune Central co-branded credit card. As expected the bank guy came to office and collected the required documents, the statement of my existing credit card and a copy of my PAN card. Many moons passed and I forgot about that card , one fine day I received a call from the bank ( the caller was not on the bank rolls but on some other agency’s rolls ) she said that she was doing verification for my applicatioin. Now comes the funny part Im working in Pune and my folks stay in Mumbai so I do shuttle between Pune - Mumbai very frequently, I never bothered to change the address on my utility bills which all have my Mumbai address.
