Reliance Broadnet Sucks

They suck big time.

Just four days and I have applied for disconnection.

Their speed is good but only when its connected which is a big IF.

In these four days only the first two days it worked well then it went kaput.

The customer service is the biggest let down, they hardly give you any form of timeframe, having worked in a customer service industry even 24 hours would have been ok for me but these guys are a bunch of losers. 

I would never recommend it to anyomne.

  1. I have just given up trying to get my Reliance Broadnet up and running.

    The CS (Customer Service or Completely Shitty?) representatives just are totally useless…

    I gave a complaint to the dept and fired people from Bangalore and also Mumbai(H/O). None of them are competent forget helpful. They just suck your blood and drive you CRAZY!!!

    I took a half-day and went to their office and was surprized how the Reliance Company runs !!! I couldn’t believe that they don’t have any process to solve problems whatsoever.

    Initially the CS guy told me to pay the pending amount, which I did, inspite of not having access for more than a month. After paying that the CS guy says the connection is blocked! I asked them to unblock it but they say that they CAN’T UNBLOCK it!!!!! Can you believe this? On top of this they tell me to apply AFRESH!!!

    I mean this is the most ridiculous company ever. Recently Ambanis were among the top 10 most richest people !!! And they run a company like this???? Bill Gates was #2 and Anil Ambani was there somewhere close as well. Would Microsoft treat their customers as SHIT?????? No……..

    [Bangalore]
    Aqueeb (10th March 2008; Close to 11PM)
    Pankaj [He was the Lead] (Same night as above)
    45+ Minutes in total
    Result = NOTHING

    [Mumbai]
    Shakhir (11th March 2008; Close to 11:30 PM)
    Mortaza [Supervisor] (Same as above)
    60+ Minutes
    Result = NOTHING

    My Internet is still not working!!!! I am tired of trying to reach them and get this issue resolved!!! :-(

  2. @ Vineet : OMG they are ridiculous, in this age of technology one arm of theirs cant speak with the other. Even I have applied for cancellation lets see how long my trauma will go on.

  3. i got reliance broadnet on march 13th and it’s been 2 months and in 60 days i have filed 40 complaints and still they cannot do anything i can’t even access the broadnet home page and they(tech support) says that my roof top tower needs to be realinged and belive me they have been saying this from so many days and still no one cares to come to my place…….
    please never never (never)*100 go for reliance broadband connection atleast because it;s name is broadnet but it gives speed equal to dial up connection………
